At Q&S Seguros, we have been supporting our clients for over 25 years, helping them protect what matters most.
We are a team of five professionals who provide a personal and friendly service, putting our experience and knowledge at the disposal of every client.
Our experience began as an insurance brokerage, working with different insurance companies and gaining first-hand knowledge of the needs of individuals and businesses. Since 2008, we have been an exclusive AXA agent, representing one of the world's leading insurance companies.
This combination allows us to offer the best of both worlds: the personal service and close relationship of a local agency, together with the backing, expertise and wide range of products of a major insurance company.
We also have a large community of both national and international clients. Our team can assist you in several languages, making communication easier and ensuring that you fully understand your insurance, its cover and all related procedures.
For us, every client is different. That is why we listen, advise and look for the cover that best suits each situation, supporting you not only when you take out your insurance, but also when you need us most.

With 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, Esther provides close and personalised advice, adapting her approach to each client's needs.
Her priority is to make every client feel comfortable and well looked after, with the possibility of communicating in their own language. Whether you are looking for a new insurance policy or are already one of our clients, Esther provides ongoing support and regularly reviews your policies to make sure the cover continues to meet your needs.
Because a good insurance policy does not end when it is signed: it is also important to review and adapt it when your circumstances change.

Rafael Quetglas Soler

With 26 years of experience in the insurance sector, Rafael specialises in business and large-account management, designing tailored insurance solutions and policies to ensure that each business has the cover it genuinely needs.
He also personally supports our clients in the management of complex claims, getting involved when necessary in meetings with loss adjusters and in negotiations with the insurance company.
His experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector enable him to defend our clients’ interests and work towards achieving the best possible outcome for every claim.
Maria Jose Ramis

With 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, María José specialises in the management and handling of insurance claims.
She oversees each claim from start to finish, providing close follow-up and always looking for the best solution for each case. Her aim is to make the process as easy as possible for our clients, so they can worry less and know that they have someone by their side who takes care of everything when they need it most.

Sylina Simons

Sylina has been part of our team since 2019 and is one of our main points of contact for clients, providing friendly, efficient and personalised service.
She prepares insurance quotes, manages new policies and deals with our clients’ day-to-day enquiries and needs. She also supports the claims department, helping with the follow-up and management of claims.
Thanks to her ability to speak several languages, she can assist each client in their own language, making the whole process — from the first enquiry through to taking out a policy and any subsequent procedures — as simple and clear as possible.

Martina Duarte
Customer Service
Martina has been part of our team since February 2024 and mainly focuses on providing support and advice to our French-speaking clients.
She handles all types of insurance, from preparing quotes and arranging new policies to dealing with day-to-day enquiries and procedures. She has also developed particular expertise in health insurance, supporting our clients with everything related to their policies, including submitting invoices for reimbursement, requesting authorisations, making changes and handling other procedures.
Her fluency in Spanish, French and English allows us to provide friendly, clear and personalised service, particularly to our clients in the French-speaking market.
